2. Products & Services

We offer live-streamed and pre-listed products, ranging from fashion and collectibles to electronics and accessories. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Cosmox reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. Payments

All payments must be completed through the platform on which the item is sold (e.g., Whatnot, eBay). Cosmox is not responsible for payment delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days. Cosmox partners with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, video streams, graphics, and product images, is the property of Cosmox Global Trading LLC and may not be used without written permission.

8. Supplier & Partner Agreements

Suppliers and collaborators must abide by the terms agreed upon in their individual contracts. Breach of contract, unauthorized resale, or competition using confidential information may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cosmox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. All services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind unless expressly stated.
